Pinocchio
A live-action movie of Pinocchio will premiere on Disney+ on 8 September as part of the celebrations.
Directed by Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump), the retelling of the classic story stars Tom Hanks, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth, Cynthia Erivo, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Keegan-Michael Key, Lorraine Bracco and Luke Evans.
Thor: Love and Thunder
The newest Thor movie reunites Chris Hemsworth’s leading man with writer and director Taika Waititi for more off-beat action. It’s hitting Disney+ to stream at no extra cost on Disney+ Day.
This time up, he’s dealing with the fact that his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) has taken up Mjolnir herself, and it’s a bundle of fun.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return
The Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series made waves when it came out on Disney+ earlier this year, and now we’re getting a full look behind the scenes at how it was made.
With interviews from director Deborah Chow and stars Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen, it looks like it’ll be a really interesting watch.
