The hedgehogs were able to be released back into the wild in a forest area near the zoo where Muska continued to live.

Alice will often see one of Muska’s hedgehogs strolling across the grasslands of the zoo, only to be greeted by Muska. We could definitely learn a thing or two from the behaviors of animals! However, this hasn’t been the only case of adoption between different animal species.
