However, you need to discover a recipe before you can make the food.
To discover a recipe, you need to gather and place the correct ingredients in the cooker until you reach a 100% success rate.
A recipe that you can discover is the Truffle Fried Rice recipe in ToF.
After you’ve got the ingredients for it, you can make the recipe by placing them in the cooker.
However, you might not know what are the ingredients for it because there are no hints.

Truffle Fried Rice recipe in Tower of Fantasy:
1x Black Truffle1x Onion 13x Rice
Truffle Fried Rice recipe (after discovery):
1x Black Truffle1x Onion2x Rice
After you’ve placed 1x Black Truffle, 1x Onion, and 13x Rice in the cooker, you’ll get a 100% success rate.
If you don’t have a lot of Black Truffles or Onions, you can add rice until you reach 15/15 ingredients.
You can also add more Black Truffles/Onions instead of rice to make it 100%.
However, the lesser ingredients you place, the lower the success rate.
Once you’ve discovered the recipe, you can make it by placing 1x Black Truffle, 1x Onion, and 2x Rice.
Select “Cooking” to start making the pie.
Once it’s done, you’ll get 1x Truffle Fried Rice.
If you get other dishes, add the same ingredients to the cooker and try again.
When you consume the food, you’ll regenerate 20 satiety and +2% +150 physical damage for 1200 seconds.
You can buy rice and onions from various food vendors.
To get black truffles, you need to go to Warren Snowfield (near Saag Passage).
