Believe it or not, Academy Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush has been active in the entertainment scene since the early ’70s, but he only made his film debut an entire decade later. Regardless, that didn’t pose as a significant issue since Rush has transformed into a fan-favorite star, especially after starring as Captain Barbossa in ‘The Pirates of the Caribbean’ movie franchise.

With so many projects available, one would assume Rush never found the right timing for marriage, yet he did after meeting his ladylove Jane Menelaus. The prized actor now resides in Melbourne with his wife and two kids and couldn’t be any happier!
