Antony spent his days bingeing on fast and junk foods. He’d start with meatball subs for breakfast before following up with tacos at mid-morning and pizzas at lunch. He’d have burgers in the evening and fried chicken for dinner.
He couldn’t help himself, especially when the comments at school cut as deep as a butcher’s knife. Eating was the only way he dealt with the pain. But although he felt utterly alone and unwanted, his lowest points were still ahead.
