The restaurant has no dining room or walk-up window.
Customers must visit in a car to be served, Chick-fil-A says.
Customers order either through the Chick-fil-A app, or through workers.
Then, they drive through one of the double drive-thru lanes to receive their food.
This is the most recent addition to Chick-fil-A’s more than 30 drive-thru only locations across the US, the chain told Insider.
Given the chain’s popularity and history of causing traffic jams, it enlisted an off-duty police officer to control traffic for the opening.

The restaurant also created a new traffic plan with one lane of the road dedicated to Chick-fil-A customers.
