This cycle, all 180 of the seats in the Georgia House of Representatives are up for election, and Republicans currently control the chamber by a margin of 27 seats. All 56 of the seats in the Georgia State Senate are up for election, and Republicans currently control the chamber by a margin of 12 seats.
The Georgia House and Senate are currently under Republican control are considered generally likely to remain as such, but it is still a competitive cycle.
