You can easily find a tiger washing its face or playing with its tail.
However, you need to attack one to get it to attack you.
After that, open the Events Overview page > Roaming the Jungle > III > Claim the rewards.
The rewards are 200x Whimsical Draft, 20,000 Mora, and 2x Guide to Praxis.
