Run the file as an administrator to restart all the Windows update services and restart your PC.
Fix 6: Use the Media Creation Tool
Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11.Click on “Download Now”.Follow the on-screen instructions.Open the downloaded file.Run the setup file.Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the installation process.
