Other, less common cards also qualify for this bonus, such as the J.P. Morgan Reserve®, Ink Plus® (not available to new applicants), and Chase Corporate Flex.
Here’s a real-life example: The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card currently offers Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card. If you were to earn this bonus and transfer 60,000 points to Aeroplan, 66,000 Aeroplan points would deposit into your account.
There are some important details you should know before you transfer:
To trigger the bonus, you must transfer at least 50,000 points in a single transaction. You can receive a maximum of 25,000 bonus points per calendar year with this promotion. Because this promotion is valid until December 31, 2023, you can earn 50,000 bonus points at most. When you transfer your Chase points, you won’t immediately see the bonus points. They will come as a separate transaction within seven days.
Because the bonus points may take a while to post to your account, it’s unwise to rely on them if you find an award flight that you want but worry it may disappear within a week.
