The Central Zaya Meeting Room Key location is directly under Zaya Observatory.
Once you’re there, go to the middle of the two circular buildings.

Go to the middle of the two circular buildings and go inside the building.
The building is very well protected, so there will be a ton of AI attacking you.
Hence, it’s recommended that you make your way there using a vehicle and go to the west side of the building.
The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
