The people that were there could tell that Katie was a brilliant cat. She knew what was happening and recognized the baby’s need for assistance. This cat would not rest until she was confident that he was safe. In reality, station employees attested that Katie remained beside the road for several hours after the child was taken away.
Thanks to Katie, the child arrived at the hospital safely. If it weren’t for her keeping him warm, there’s no telling what horrors could have unfolded.
