Several businesses and services offer discounts exclusive to students to help make school life a little more affordable. Apple Music is one of those, and it offers a special rate for those who can verify their enrollment status.

Rather than the normal $10 monthly fee, students can get Apple Music for only $6 a month. And for a limited time, memberships also include free Apple TV Plus and a pair of Beats Flex headphones. It’s a sweet deal worth grabbing while you can, and eligible users can take advantage of it for up to four years. Here’s how to sign up for the plan.

How to get an Apple Music student subscription

In order to sign up for an Apple Music student subscription with a pair of free Beats Flex headphones and a complementary Apple TV Plus membership, you should subscribe through the Unidays website. Here’s how:

Unidays first asks for some personal information before letting you choose between using your school email address or school learning portal to verify your status. Here’s the information it will ask for:

For US residents, you need to be a college or university student studying a bachelor degree, post-graduate degree, or equivalent higher education course. Canadian residents can qualify for the student subscription by being enrolled in post-secondary school. Apple Music listeners in Japan are also eligible for the discount when enrolled in junior, technical colleges, and special courses.

Can I keep using Apple Music’s student subscription after graduating?

If you graduate in the middle of your Apple Music student subscription, you can keep it until your renewal date arrives. If you’re unable to verify your enrollment status at that time due to graduation, you’ll no longer be eligible for the discounted student rate with free Apple TV Plus.

Also note that users can only take advantage of the plan for four years maximum before being moved back to the normal individual Apple Music plan.
