The Al Bagra Barrack Key Location is inside the Al Bagra Fortress.
Once you’re there, look for a building on the northeast of the blue circle on the map.
Lastly, go inside the rightmost door and unlock the first door inside the building.

Go to the northeast of Al Bagra Fortress and look for a building.
Go inside the rightmost door of the building and unlock the door inside it.
There are a couple of doors that lead to the Al Bagra Barrack.
However, both of the doors lead to the same place.
The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
