The Al Sharim Pass Elders Room key location is on top of a hill near Al Sharim Pass.
Once you’re there, look for a building with a bicycle outside and go to the top floor.
Here’s how to find/get to the location (expand the screenshots above):
Go to the top of a hill near Al Sharim Pass.
Go to the top floor of the building with a bicycle outside.
Make your way up the building by climbing the staircase and a ladder (you can also fly a vehicle and land there).
Once you’ve reached the top floor, you’ll see the Al Sharim Pass Elders Room.
The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
