The Al Bagra Underground Key location is at the extreme south of the map in Al Bagra Fortress.
Once you’re there, head south towards the Al Bagra underground entrance.

Go to Al Bagra Fortress.
Head south towards the Al Bagra underground entrance.
Unlock the door to the entrance.
The key can be obtained from enemy AI drops, the HVT contract, and loot containers.
