To get a sweet apple or tart apple in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you need to obtain 3 gym badges.
After you’ve obtained 3 gym badges, go to any Delibird Presents shop and select “General goods”.

Go to any Delibird Presents shop (Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa) and select “General goods”.
