To get an Ultra Ball in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to obtain 5 Gym Badges.
After you’ve obtained 5 Gym Badges, you’ll be able to buy Ultra Balls from the Poke Mart and Delibird Presents Shops.
You can also get them in Porto Marinada Auctions and as a Pokedex Progress Reward from Jacq after you’ve caught 100 Pokemon.
