Just four months after her passing, Ivana Trump’s New York City townhome has been listed for sale for $26.5 million, The Wall Street Journal reported

The 8,725-square-foot townhouse, located at 10 East 64th Street in Manhattan, is filled with lavish 1980s-era meets gilded age decor such as leopard print furniture, pink marble flooring, and gold-plated trim. All proceeds from the estate sale are slated to go to Ivana’s three children: Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and, Ivanka Trump.

“My mom absolutely loved that house,” Eric Trump told The Journal, adding that the property “embodied Ivana Trump.”

Trump initially purchased the property — which sits between Fifth and Madison avenues — in 1992, the year that her divorce with former president Donald Trump was finalized, according to The Journal. In her 2017 book “Raising Trump,” Trump noted that the property needed “significant work” after it had sat empty for nearly 12 years. Before she purchased the property, it was used as a dentist’s office, The Journal reported.

In the 30 years that followed, Trump completely overhauled the property. In 1994, she was cited by New York’s Landmarks Preservation Commission for adding a burgundy canopy over the doorway of the home and gilding the wrought-iron door without the proper permits.

Ivana also combined many of the rooms from the building’s days as a dentist’s office to create her aesthetic. For example, the main closet seems to go “on and on,” according to Ivana’s book. The property has an entertaining room that is decked out in emerald wallpaper and gold trim that Ivana described as “how Louis XVI would have lived if he had had money,” according to The Journal.
