An enemy in the game that you can defeat is the Dendro Hypostasis Zayin.

The Dendro Hypostatsis location in Genshin Impact is south of Dar al-Shifa.
Once you’re there, look for a cave entrance that’s west of the actual Dendro Hypostasis location.
Go inside the cave and run straight until you see the enemy.
