However, you need to discover a recipe before you can make the food.
To discover a recipe, you need to gather and place the correct ingredients in the cooker until you reach a 100% success rate.
A recipe that you can discover is the Eel and Mushroom Soup recipe in ToF.
After you’ve got the ingredients for it, you can make the recipe by placing them in the cooker.

After you’ve placed 1x Electric Eel and 14x Firecap in the cooker, you’ll get a 100% success rate.
If you don’t have a lot of Electric Eel, you can add Firecap until you reach 15/15 ingredients.
You can also add more Electric Eel instead of Firecap to make it 100%.
However, the lesser ingredients you place, the lower the success rate.
Once you’ve discovered the recipe, you can make it by adding 1x Electric Eel and 2x Firecap to the cooker.
Select “Cooking” to start making the soup.
Once it’s done, you’ll get 1x Eel and Mushroom Soup.
If you get other dishes, add the same ingredients to the cooker and try again.
When you consume the food, you’ll regenerate 10 satiety and +1% +80 volt damage for 900 seconds.
You can get Electric Eel in Navia Bay (south and east) and along the river north of Raincaller Island.
Firecap can be obtained all around Seaforth Dock, Fiendish Swamp, and Forgotten Land.
