Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, reportedly urged lawmakers to help overturn Biden’s 2020 election win.
The Washington Post obtained emails that reportedly show Thomas emailing Wisconsin lawmakers.
The Post previously reported that Thomas had sent similar emails to 29 Arizona GOP lawmakers.
Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, reportedly urged Wisconsin lawmakers to help overturn President Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory, according to emails obtained by The Washington Post.
“Please stand strong in the face of media and political pressure,” Thomas wrote in an email from November 9, 2020, the Post reported. “Please reflect on the awesome authority granted to you by our Constitution. And then please take action to ensure that a clean slate of Electors is chosen for our state.”
The Post reported that Thomas addressed the emails to state Sen. Kathy Bernier, who was serving as chair of the Senate elections committee, and state Rep. Gary Tauchen.
It was previously reported that Thomas sent similar emails to 29 GOP lawmakers in Arizona.
