Twitter has an update that displays captions/subtitles on videos.
When you watch a video, captions will be displayed at the bottom of the video.
This is useful if you’re not in a quiet place and you want to listen to the audio of the video.
However, they can be intrusive at times so you might want to turn them off.
For example, captions (CC) might block important parts of the video.

Open Twitter and log in to your account.Navigate to the video where you want to turn off the captions.Tap on the “CC” icon.The captions are now turned off!
Most devices have the “CC” icon at the top right of a Twitter video.
When you tap on it, the captions will be turned off.
If you can’t find the icon, it means that captions are not available to you yet.
However, if you still see captions in the video, it means that the editor has deliberately included them.
If so, you won’t be able to remove them from the video.

If you don’t see the “CC” icon, it means that the feature is not rolled out to you yet.

Another way to enable captions (for iOS users) is to go to your accessibility settings.
In your accessibility settings, select “Subtitles & Captioning” and turn on “Closed Captions + SDH”.
This will enable CC or subtitles for the deaf or hard of hearing.
