Bottom line

The Hilton Honors American Express Card, Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card, and The Hilton Honors American Express Business Card all come with elevated welcome bonus offers, but they won’t be around forever.

American Express allows you to receive the welcome bonus offer on each credit card once. If you have (or have had) one of the above cards, you won’t be eligible to earn this new bonus. But holding one card doesn’t prohibit you from opening the other cards.
